The Gypsum plant has closed its mining operations but not its production. It now imports its oar from other states. This constitutes a recent addition of 50 double and triple trailer semi trucks twice a day on SR 159.
Other semi trucks such as "Albertsons", "Sysco" and the scrap metal-hauler that hit Don are now using Red Rock to avoid conditions on SR 160.
